Easy download. Would have given it a five star if they would stated that it needed to be burned onto a DVD-R during the download process. Product works great and is more than what I expected. program work perfect. no problems or difficulties. exactly what i have been searching for this manual is exactly as described. i bought a cheaper r1200 manual on this website but it had the wrong model info. this one is correct Very straight forward to download and burn DVD. Manual its self is very good. Incredibly thorough service manual. Especially nice to get in a digital format allowing printing as needed. Just what I needed. Thanks!! Perfect!!
