He needed more information on the car I had, so I sent him the VIN, hoping that would be what he needed. He sent me a large file , that try as I might, my MAC processors would not open up. Ashamedly, I wrote Curtis again and requested it be sent as a PDF or some such file. Throughout my whole time of being a real pain in the &^% customer, Curtis was friendly, courteous and responsive.
